The theme for this year's gala draws inspiration from an aesthetic rooted in the 1960s. We use a mix of colors and graphics inspired by TV intros from the 1960s, 70s and 80s. With analog special effects such as grain, soft lensing, mirroring, distinctive typography, dirty pastels and vibrant colors inspired by the Bauhaus school. The graphic profile was applied to everything from printed material and scenography to motion graphics.
As always, the design for the Grammy Gala is based on the basic values defined for the brand: Quality, Pride, Exclusive, Swedish Music History and Inclusive.
