This Privacy Policy describes how WDW Creative AB collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website or subscribe to our newsletter.

2. What data do we collect and why?
We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to run our website and send you our newsletter:
- Newsletter subscription: When you sign up, we save your email address so we can send you our newsletter. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.
- Website visits: We use Google Analytics to monitor overall website traffic. Google automatically collects your IP address and places small text files (cookies) on your device. We do this to understand how our website is used (legitimate interest), but it will only activate if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner.
3. Third-party tools
We never sell your data to third parties. We use the following secure digital services to manage our website and communications:
- WordPress: Our website platform where you submit your email address.
- Mailchimp: The email marketing service used to store your address and send out newsletters.
- Google Analytics: The tool used to measure website traffic. Google may store data on servers in the US, ensuring a secure and legal transfer in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework .
4. How long do we keep your data?
- Newsletter: We keep your email address for as long as you wish to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email, and your data will be deleted immediately. If you have not opened an email from us in two years, we will automatically remove you from our list.
- Analytics data: Information about your website visit is automatically deleted after 14 months in Google Analytics.
5. Your rights under GDPR
You are in control of your data. You always have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request that we correct or erase your email address.
- Withdraw your consent to our newsletter or cookies at any time.
If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Privacy Protection Authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten – IMY).
